From keg to glass
A practical guide to 20L keg cocktails, dispensing and service planning.

What is a cocktail on tap?
A prepared cocktail supplied in a keg and poured through a compatible commercial dispensing system. TROPI TAP’s published collection uses a 20L keg format.
Choose the equipment before you order
Send details of your dispensing machine, keg coupler and chilling system. Connection, gas and operating requirements must be confirmed for the specific product; compatibility is not universal.
Plan the serve, not just the keg
The supplier’s September 2026 service guide uses a planning reference of 120 serves per 20L keg, with approximately 150ml of beverage in a 300ml glass filled with ice. This is a service-planning estimate, not guaranteed yield. Actual output depends on portion size, ice, foam and dispensing losses.
Storage and shelf life
Request the product-specific storage temperature, unopened shelf life and use-after-opening instructions. Do not assume one condition applies to every recipe or market. Follow the label and agreed operating instructions.
Finish the glass
Images show suggested presentation only. Glassware, ice, fruit and garnish are supplied separately unless expressly agreed. Train staff on the agreed serving procedure and responsible alcohol service.
